No. Drivana has no security deposit on any car. The only amount that goes through your card is the rental price you see, with no hidden charges at pickup.
How no-deposit rental worksIs insurance included or do I pay separately?
Comprehensive GNP Seguros insurance is always included in the price. It covers material damage, total theft, civil liability (up to $3,000,000 MXN), and 24/7 roadside assistance.
Do I need a credit card to rent?
No. We accept debit cards in your name. And we never ask for a security deposit on any card.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes. With the refundable rate you can cancel and receive a full refund (minus booking fee) up to 48 hours before the rental starts.
How do I pick up and return the car?
You can choose from the car's available delivery points (some free, others with a fee based on distance) or request delivery to a specific address. You and the host coordinate the place and time directly.
