No. At Drivana we don't ask for a cash deposit or block funds on your card. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden charges when picking up the car.
Is insurance included or do I pay separately?
Comprehensive GNP Seguros insurance is always included in the price. It covers material damage, total theft, civil liability (up to $3,000,000 MXN), and 24/7 roadside assistance.
Do I need a credit card to rent?
No. We accept debit cards in your name. No deposit or hold on any card is required.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes. With the refundable rate you can cancel and receive a full refund (minus booking fee) up to 48 hours before the rental starts.
How do I pick up and return the car?
